ACCOMMODATION AND RATES
The entire house, which sleeps 12, may be booked on a self-catering basis for a minimum period of 3 weeks. Rate on application
Each of our spacious, well-appointed and luxurious bedrooms has been individually styled and decorated and
has a charm of its own
All are outfitted with:

- Colour TV with selected DSTV channels
- Tea/Coffee making facilities and home-baked cookies
- Well-stocked mini-bar fridge

Each of the roomy en-suite bathrooms is supplied with soft, fluffy white towels, face cloths, shower caps, soaps, shampoo and hand lotion.
Beach / swimming towels are provided and beach umbrellas and beach games are available for guests' use
A sumptuous English and Continental breakfast is served in the warm and sunny diningroom of the main lodge.
ADSL wi-fi internet access is available.

FINCH COTTAGE |
Named for the busy finches in a nearby pine tree, Finch Cottage is set apart from the main lodge, has a private patio and braai area and is most favoured by those wishing privacy or the additional self-catering option. The afternoon sun streams into the attractive bedroom with its bathroom neatly tucked away behind cupboard doors. The charming lounge has a sleeper couch and the kitchenette is equipped for meal preparation.

Single supplement on application
RESERVATION POLICY
Payment of 50% of the total value of the booking will secure your reservation.. The balance is due on arrival. No refund applicable for early departures.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All bookings are subject to a minimum of 15% cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival: refund of 75% of deposit
- Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival: refund of 25% deposit
- Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund of deposit
- In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
